The Humber and North Yorkshire Resilience Hub is a psychological support service for staff currently employed in a health, care, or emergency service organisations within the Humber and North Yorkshire area.
Health and care workers have been under extraordinary pressure, working in unfamiliar environments, with reduced staffing levels and learning new skills. Research shows that health and care workers are at higher risk of developing mental health conditions if not adequately supported.
Our Hub staff are trained mental health professionals with extensive experience of working with people who have experienced traumatic and distressing events.
The Hub can also offer support for organisations and teams in a variety of forms through clinical supervision, reflective sessions and problem-solving approaches, as well as a Critical Incident Response Service.
The Resilience Hub is a confidential service and is independent of existing mental health and internal occupational health services.
If you work in a health and care environment, we are here to support you.
