Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the natural capacity we have to bring awareness and interest to what is happening in the present moment. There is good evidence that becoming more mindful can support our mental health and wellbeing. During these difficult times, looking after ourselves as well as our those we care for has never been so important.

Colleagues in the Mindfulness Team at Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust have been running 8-week mindfulness courses for staff for many years – and with great results. These online courses are now also open to health and social care staff within Humberside, East Riding, North Yorkshire, The Vale of York and North and North .
