New Hub referral line launches

The Humber and North Yorkshire Resilience Hub has launched a new telephone referral line.

People can now contact the hub by phone, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The line, Tel: 03300 022 044, works alongside the existing online hub and email referral system and provides people with an additional way in which to access support and advice.

Commenting on the launch of the line Holly Walker, service manager for the Humber and North Yorkshire Resilience Hub said: “The Resilience Hub is a free service that’s helped hundreds of people since it’s launch in February 2021. The introduction of our new referral line gives people an additional way in which to get in touch with our team. Anyone calling the line will be able to speak to one of our friendly members of staff who will be able to direct them to or help arrange access to the support and advice they need.”
