The Resilience Hub can offer wellbeing support to students who are training in health and care settings.
University can be a busy time, which can make it harder for you to take the time to look after your mental wellbeing. When you’re busy, stresses can mount up and really take their toll – so it’s important to take the time to prioritise your own mental wellbeing.
We support students who are (or have recently been) on placement in health and care settings, or training for a health or care role. Support is also available from your local university student wellbeing service, which can help you think about the impact on your university course and training.
