How we can help
The Humber and North Yorkshire Resilience Hub is completely confidential and offers advice and support that can help with a range of issues. You can get in touch by email or via our wellbeing questionnaire.

We understand that no one person is the same. Everyone will have different experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and as a result will react in different ways and at different times.
The Humber and North Yorkshire Resilience Hub offers advice and support for issues such as emotional wellbeing to bereavement, debt, domestic violence and relationship issues. The challenges impacting on your wellbeing maybe unrelated to COVID-19; but you may feel you’d benefit from a conversation with our team. The Resilience Hub is completely confidential and separate from mental health and internal occupational health services.
You can take our wellbeing questionnaire, which helps us to quickly understand the level of support you may need and acts as a self-referral into the Resilience Hub. Once you’ve completed the questionnaire you’ll have the opportunity to speak to a member of our team about how you’re feeling. Depending on your responses you’ll either be given access to advice and therapy to meet your needs or receive signposting to appropriate tools and resources to support your wellbeing. You can find out more about what happens at your first appointment here.
We can also help you to develop your own wellbeing plan to support you now and into the future and our extensive resources section provides a range of self-help resources and signposting to wider advice and information.
You can even take part in one of our support groups to meet others and share your experiences or join one of our wellbeing webinars.
Our fabulous wellbeing app ‘Our People’ helps you maintain and improve your wellbeing and physical and mental health by providing a range of self-help resources for you to use ‘on the go’.

So whether you just need some general wellness advice, or more extensive psychological support, we are here to help you.
The hub also supports families of health and care workers – you can find out more information on the family support page.
We can also support managers and leaders of teams who have worked through the COVID-19 pandemic in the Humber and North Yorkshire area. Please get in touch with us by emailing tewv.hcv-resiliencehub@nhs.net to find out how we can help.
